About the work :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Respond to ad-hoc customer requests
Upsale — presentation and sale of our new solutions/products for existing customers
Generates leads and actively finds new customers
To network according to the strategy and manage contacts and leads through the sales funnel
At least 1 years of experience as Business Development Manager
Excellent command of English (there is intensive daily both written and verbal communication with English speaking clients)
Extreme attention to detail
Knowing mediation and conflict resolution techniques
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Expected day-today :
Weekly feature review meetings – via video chat.
Weekly sprint planning / adjustment meetings – via video chat.
Daily standup meeting (Scrum style) via video chat / text chat.
We prefer working in weekly sprints, deploying every two weeks.
